What did you learn this week in science class?
This week in Science Class we learned seasons and more about phases of the moon. We also took a placement test for freshman year of high school for science. With it we could find if we should do Honor's Biology next year. Unfortunatly Mr.Finley, I am not the kind of person who would want to do more science then is needed. I am more of a lover of History.
How did you learn these ideas?
Well, we learned about the eclipses and phases more from playing with a webiste Mr. Finley had on his website. We also watched a video about how even Harvard students get confused with the seasons. But before we took the placement test. The multiple choice was easy but it got quite confusing when we had to choose the treatments for Amy on the essay question. That got my brain going.
How can these help you in regular life?
My parents want me to become a doctor. I do not want to be but the essay question got me thinking like a doctor. It made me use my brain and think about what would really help this little girl that had this disease: "ADA."
