What science ideas did you learn?
This week we did some pretty awesome "Carnival games" In this week we reviewed everythink we have learned this unit. And also on 21st we DISTECTED cows eye's!
How did you learn these ideas?
We reviewed the unit by go to different stations and studying each part of the unit. We learned about the eye ball by disecting cow's eyes! I worked with Doctor, Head Surgeon, Andrew S. We disected the cow's eye by using the scalpel. Of course, Andrew and I got the hardest to cut piece. Aditya's comment was: "Woah, That's a fatty eye!" It took FOREVER to cut, with the help of Mr. Finley we got through it and discovered some cool things. Like the Iris, Retnea, Conria, and we learned many ways how light gets through eyes. This was a great way to understand eyes.
Why is it important to know this idea (What real world application is there)?
It is important to know about the review so I can "Ace" the test. It is also very important to know about the eye because if I was a Eye Surgeon, I would need to know about the parts of the eye to execute the surgory.
